Upholstery Cleaning
Upholstery cleaning with odour treatment
We know sofas are overlooked when it comes to cleaning everything else around the home and the sofas/armchairs are always forgotten about for month and months, even years. With all the bacteria and dirt sitting in the fabric of the sofas we can offer a full cleaning service for these.
We fully vacuum the sofas/armchairs to remove any loose debris, we pre-treat them, carry out a extraction cleaning process with odour treatment then align the fabric pile before leaving to dry.

(the above prices are a rough estimate only and we always will carry out a viewing of the property. The above prices are based on a standard house cleaning and surcharges will be added for properties over and beyond this)
Prices do not include any cleaning of internal kitchen appliances, conservatories or external windows cleaning. Our prices for these services are available at greatly discounted rates when booked with a one off deep clean/end of tenancy clean as shown below!!!

DISCLAIMER:
Below is a rough guideline on how many hours we will require to clean the property:
1 Bed property - approx 6-8 man hours
2 Bed property - approx 12-14 man hours
3 Bed property - approx 16-18 man hours
4 Bed property - approx 20-24 man hours
These hours will be set between teams of 1-2 professional cleaners to visit for a set amount of time to complete as many of the above tasks as possible.
CARPET CLEANING SERVICES
Just Like New Cleaning Crew are Highly Professional Carpet Cleaners covering all TA postcodes throughout Somerset and the South West.

From just £20* per small room we will pre-condition the carpet, groom it to restore the carpets pile and add antibacterial sanitisers and deodoriser to neutralise bacteria and odours - leaving your rooms with a fresh, clean scent to greet your family.
We also offer many more specialised carpet services such as flea & insect extermination treatments and carpet protection treatments (also known as "Scotchgarding") at fantastically competitive prices.
*When booking your second carpet cleaning on the same booking.
Sizing:
SMALL room = Single Bedroom, Small Bathroom, Small Conservatory, Landing, 1 Flight of stairs, etc.
MEDIUM room = Dining Room, Hallway, Kitchen, etc
LARGE room = Double bedroom, large/long/split landing, lounge, med-large conservatory, etc
Flea Fumigation
We offer a flea fumigation service to treat the fleas and the eggs. Prices range from £15 per room to treat the areas affected by the fleas and we will need to come back a week later to do a further treatment to kill any further eggs that may have developed.
Commercial/Office Cleaning
Whether you run a big or a small business we can help with all your Commercial/office cleaning needs. We have successfully acquired many businesses on our books including dental surgeries, various office blocks and shops. We can work a cleaning regime around your business times/days adding more convenience to the service that we offer and offer a key holding facility. We adhere to the Care Quality Commission's criteria and help you prepare for the inspection at your business providing you with all that you will need for this.
Holiday Let Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
If you run a caravan park, holiday park or b & b business then we can help with the carpet, upholstery and rug cleaning requirements. We offer discount packages on regular cleans and to keep on top of the cleanliness of those areas. We understand accidents do happen and you may also need a quick turnaround and offer a call out service for emergency stain removal where we can get most stains out of carpets so that you can have your holiday let ready for your next guests as soon as you can.
